The Wolfskill USDA National Clonal Germplasm Repository is housed here with a collection of thousands of varieties of grapes, olives, figs, kiwis and stone fruit. Its director, Dr. Johnn Preece will be giving tours of the property prior to lunch. The event is a fund raiser for the Winters Farm to School program.

grilled figs with prosciutto
peppered goat cheese toasts with chopped nectarines, thyme and olive oil
socca (chick pea pancakes) with walnut and black olive tapenade
platters of burrata with heirloom tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil and grilled bread
fried smelt with lemon aioli
Rominger Ranch lamb with zucchini gratin and tomatoes provencal
meringues with summer fruit and whipped cream
